At Fine Jewelry Direct, we believe in transparent, reliable, and worry-free delivery. Every piece you order is carefully packaged, insured, and shipped directly to your door.

Processing Times

• Each Fine Jewelry Direct piece is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing prior to shipment. This ensures every item meets our quality standards before it leaves our hands. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout. Our Standard Shipping option delivers within two business days, with the choice to upgrade to Overnight Delivery for an additional fee.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer—but intentionally so. At Fine Jewelry Direct, we don’t hide fees in inflated prices. By keeping shipping separate, we stay true to our transparent pricing model: the true cost of your jewelry plus a modest margin and the actual shipping fee. Even with shipping added, our pieces remain priced well below traditional retail.

All orders are insured and discreetly packaged. Optional shipping add-on services may be purchased at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

International Orders
