We offer repairs at cost for all FJD members. That means no markup, ever — just the direct price we pay our factory. Whether it’s a chain clasp, prong tightening, or anything else, we’re here to help you keep your jewelry in great shape.
If the repair is needed due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the cost of the repair and shipping both ways. Just send us a few clear photos so our team can evaluate the issue and guide you through next steps.

Yes. If you need to resize your ring, we’re happy to help. Members pay the exact factory cost for resizing, and you’ll just cover shipping both ways. There’s no hidden fee and no markup — just transparent support to make sure your jewelry fits perfectly.
